An exceptionally clean room with the view on the ocean. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Extremely friendly and excellent employees with nice manners. Amazing and gorgeous location on a beautiful beach, easy to get around...

The hotel location was good directly next to the beach. The room I booked was unique and big with private bathroom. The staff was outstandingly accommodating.

It was unforgettable time in Tulum. The restaurant was small with great service and food, I tried delicious dishes. The bed was comfy and climate control and a private safe were a bonus.

The hotel was perfect with stunning location to the best beach we have seen in Mexico. Location near restaurants in town, a taxi to go into town, and even a mexican agouti couple.

Good place with amenities like 24-hour security, outdoor swimming pool, and free Wi-Fi. The staff even helped me choose a taxi on my first stay. I recommend it for a romantic escape!

We had the best time chilling by the beach bar and enjoying beach access right at our doorstep. The cozy jungle vibes made it easy to relax by the beautiful pool after a long day. The only hiccup was the poor WiFi, but honestly, who needs that when you're in paradise 🌴

My kids wished for better safety measures. The sharp corners were risky for little ones. A kids' play area would be great for families, keeping them engaged while we unwind.

The beach was pristine, and the staff, especially at the restaurant, provided excellent service. Don't miss the fresh seafood specials and relaxing by the sunbeds. Be prepared for high breakfast prices and spotty Wi-Fi connectivity. A great escape!

I loved how close the amazing Tulum Ruins and gorgeous beach were. The easy access to El Paraiso Restaurant added a fantastic dining experience to my days.
